Playing around with some videos...

So as the title says, I recently purchased a new webcam.  One of the reasons I did so, was that I wanted to be able to talk into a camera at will, without having to sit there and type everything up.  I also wanted a good, solid camera for future battle reports since my last video turned out like crap.  :(

So I made a "test" video that basically talked about that desire.  I'm not in it for the glory, or anything like that, but I think it'll give the tactics talk a little bit of a different dimension when you see the guy behind them.  You can check it out by clicking "Read More".  ;)
Let me know what you think about this whole thing.  Is it something that you'd all watch or be interested in?  I'm curious of your thoughts.

BTW:  When I said: "Go all out against my opponent...", that does NOT mean I club baby seals.  All of my opponent's know exactly what they are getting when they agree to play me.  And for those that are more interested in a casual game, I'm definitely fine with toning down the game a bit with a sub-optimal list.  :D

I'm a fan, video battle reports are the way to go, I'm planning on getting some up myself at some point, just gotta find video editing software that isn't stupid expensive.

Fortunately, my webcam came with some so I'll probably use that. Otherwise, if you want, most PC's have Windows Movie Maker on them. I just don't particularly care for it as there isn't a whole lot of options to manipulate the actual video. :(

Looking at the video, I kind of look drunk. Haha. Oh well. It was late. :)

Yeah buddy! The man behind the curtain. I enjoy reading your blogs...you have a easy to understand writing style that isn't terribly dumbed down. I know "technical writing" is designed to be written at grade school level, but I (as well as most of your viewers, I'm sure) have made it past third grade. So, I thank you on your writing style! The Vlog, like you said, gives a different feel to the info being put out. I believe it will greatly help when you start adding in video battle reports. Many people are visual learners, so I think this is a great addition to an already great site. Keep it up brother!
